Hanuman Dham

Hanuman Dham is situated in a serene and calm area of Ramnagar. This temple, dedicated to Lord Hanuman, is a must-see destination in the Ramnagar area. The temple’s external and internal architecture are both magnificent. This popular tourist destination features an arched doorway to the temple with two fishes, a sign of prosperity and good fortune, painted on it, five kilometers from Haldwani Road and Corbett City. The epics claim that this is the village where Lord Hanuman was born, and this village was given the name Ma Anjana (mother of Lord Hanuman). One of the best instances of the services provided by the Hanuman Dham Trust is Hanuman Dham. Dedicated to Lord Hanuman, this temple is located on the banks of the Kosi River. One Maha mritunjaya Vatika, which holds the status of Mahakala, is also located here. There’s a great fair here during Hanuman Jayanti, and people come to give offerings.  It appears hierarchically atop elaborate columns, like to a great chhatri. The Hanuman Dham has a magnificent temple dedicated to Shri Hanuman, as well as sitting areas, meditation rooms, and a center for the crippled. There is also another site worth seeing here, the Pinnath Temple, which is 5 km away from the Rudhari Waterfall Trek’s starting point. It is located on a hill at a height of 2750 meters, or roughly 9000 feet. The people of the area worship Bhairon at this frightful Hindu sanctuary. In addition to the temple, Pinnath Top has breathtaking scenery. This lake has a garden to rest in and breathtaking views of the surrounding flora and mountain range.
